How is it that the richest country in the world in terms of miral wealth figures as one of the least developed and poorest country in the entire planet. Contreversy? What does it mean to be rich? It is to have knowledge about how to gain wealth. What is wealth? Paved roads, buildings, money, cleaness... ??? Confusion
